Gavin has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the scaffolding industry and is a driving force behind the progression and development of the company. Gavin is a trained scaffolder to NVQ level 2. Most days he can be found out "on the tools" and also liaises directly with Customers, Site Agents and Project Managers regarding schedules of works and resources as well as overseeing all aspects of the day to day running of the business.

Guy has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry which has included the creation of Devonshire Homes Ltd,  where he remains a non-executive Director.


With a thorough understanding of the industry he brings a wealth of both financial and operational experience.

Gary started out as a young apprentice scaffolder over 17 years ago.

After all those years working his way up, he has a wealth of hands on experience and knowledge of the scaffolding industry and is also and Advanced Scaffolder card holder. Your project is in very safe hands.

Ally has over 20 years experience in customer service and administration.

From your initial enquiry to the completion of your job and beyond, Ally has great communication skills and will take ownership of all aspects to ensure that Avalon provide an informed, reliable, straight forward and efficient scaffolding service to you.
